Shipping policy

SHIPPING

We offer free ground shipping for domestic shipments.

U.S. UPS Two Day and Next-day shipping is available for an additional charge. Orders placed before 1:00 p.m. ET on business days begin processing on that day; orders placed after 1:00 p.m. ET begin processing on the next business day. Orders received after 1:00 pm ET on Friday will be processed the following Monday.

UPS and DHL are our courier of choice for all shipments. You will receive an email containing your Tracking Number once your package has been shipped from New York City.


RETURNS

Jonathan Cohen accepts returns on items for a full refund within 10 business days of receiving your purchase.  All items must be returned unused with security tag still attached.  Jonathan Cohen reserves the right to refuse a return on merchandise that is not in its original condition or returned after 10 days.

Due to CDC guidelines, masks are a non-refundable and non-returnable item once the item leaves our distribution center.


RETURN SHIPPING

We offer free return shipping. Please email thestudio@jonathancohenstudio.com and we will email you a return label. Please pack the return shipment using all original packaging materials and secure the return label to the top of the box. Then, bring the return package to your local shipping location. If you have lost the return label or require further assistance, please contact thestudio@jonathancohenstudio.com.

For international returns you are liable for all duties and taxes that are charged for transporting the returned merchandise back to Jonathan Cohen.


REFUNDS

We will send you an email once your return has been received to let you know whether or not your return has been accepted. If your return is approved, then your refund will be processed within 5 business days, and a refund will applied to your credit card or original method of payment. Note that it may take several days for the credit to appear on your credit card statement. Any questions regarding the status of your refund should first be addressed to your credit card company. If your return is not accepted, we will notify you via email with our explanation, and we will return the merchandise to you.


EXCHANGES

We only replace items that are received defective or damaged. If you need to make an exchange, send us an email at thestudio@jonathancohenstudio.com.

If for any reason your Jonathan Cohen item should need repair please contact thestudio@jonathancohenstudio.com.  Each product will be assessed on a case by case basis with a valid proof of purchase from jonathancohenstudio.com
